How many days of continuous recording does a system typically store?
The standard for camera system storage is 30 to 60 days, but this can be increased to meet your unique needs.
Are your camera systems expandable or locked in to 8/16 channels, etc.?
Unlike a DVR system, our server-based systems support a limitless number of cameras.
Do you offer a mobile app for Android and/or iPhone?
Yes, Axis Camera Station Mobile App is free of charge and supports both Android and iOS. The app can be used for live viewing, camera control, and exporting of recorded video.
Can your camera systems support continuous and motion-only video recording?
Yes, the cameras can do both continuous and motion-only recording, and we can help you change those settings according to your needs. When movement is detected, the video will be tagged for easy review.
Can your camera systems integrate with access control and PA systems?
Yes, our camera systems will work with most access control and PA systems. Our network audio systems, or PA systems, fully-integrate with your video surveillance, access/door control, and alarm systems for a comprehensive solution that all works together.

Do you offer a warranty on your systems?
Yes, i2c offers a full, one-year warranty that covers all parts, labor, software upgrades and unlimited tech support and training. This coverage can be extended for only 8% of the purchase price per year to help keep your system like new. Be sure to contact us to learn more about getting extended coverage for your camera, access control and PA systems.
How responsive is your tech support team?
Our friendly and helpful tech support team can be easily reached via phone or email (during normal business hours) to offer expert technical support. Most issues can be resolved remotely within the same day.
Is it legal to have surveillance cameras at my business?
Yes, in most cases it is legal to record video using surveillance cameras for the purpose of protecting your business, except in restrooms or locker room areas. It is recommended that areas where audio is being recorded that notices are clearly posted. We will work with you to select the right camera options for your business, factory, or government organization.
